I Really Hate School Computers

I have been trying to download a simple thirty minute video for my Biology class for 45 minutes. At home, it downloaded in about a minute and a half. This is the only thing I have to do for online classes today, and it won't let me. I could have already been done if I were at home. School is a waste.
